If you want a slice of local life plus epic views, this spot *delivers*. Must-See Places in Donji Stoliv: 🚶♂️Grab your camera and walk the stone promenade—the bay views and old fishing boats look straight out of a postcard! This strip runs along the waterside and is lined with leafy fig trees and cute stone houses. ⛪ Pop by St. Mary’s Church (Crkva Svete Marije), right near the water. It’s often open early mornings and weekends (typically 9:00–12:00, but call ahead if you want inside access). 🍦 Hit up Plaza Stoliv Café (Obala bb, Donji Stoliv) for morning coffee, fresh pastries, or rich homemade ice cream with the best view around. 🦀 Dip into the tiny pebble beaches. Less crowded, perfect for early swims, and locals say the water’s warmest by mid-afternoon. Insider tips: Early mornings are magic—the bay is glassy and quiet, and locals chat while fishing. If you’re walking along the promenade, wear good shoes (some stones are slippery after rain!). Don’t rush—sit at a café for at least one hour and just watch the boats drift by.
