Apartments in Budva Municipality, Montenegro

The apartment was exactly as described on the website. It's newly renovated in a modern style. The furniture in the bedroom and living room is excellent – a comfortable bed, a large sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes. The air conditioning, internet, and plumbing all worked perfectly. The view from the window is amazing – directly overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Boris was a great host; he even drove us to a supermarket where prices were much lower than in Sveti Stefan. Our stay was very comfortable, we didn't experience any inconveniences. There are several paths down to the sea, one of which had 315 steps. This was fine for us, but it might be an issue for some. The sea in Sveti Stefan is perfect – calm, clean, and azure. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming a lot. Thanks to Boris and the other staff for a wonderful stay.

Plus: 1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus. 2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking. 3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient. Minorities (which hold all rest): 1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

This is a gem of a place. The views from the balcony were always so pleasant and sunsets worth a million bucks. A walk down to the beach front and a plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Przno is a more quiet neighborhood in Budva. Sveti Stefan is a 2 min walk from here. The apartment is super clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. Marijana, the host is awesome and knows what true hospitality really means. Thank you so much Marijana!!! Definitely see you again!

Beautiful new apartment but lots and lots of stairs although the balcony view made it worth it. Budva is a hard town to navigate if you aren’t driving so just be prepared it’s a 30 minute walk to the old town / beach. The host was super nice and did call a cab for me when I needed one. Only suggestion would be curtains that block the light as it was really bright super early in the morning.

Very cozy rooms, excellent hostess, everything you need is in the room, and the refrigerator, and the stove, in the bathroom there is both shampoo, and shower gel, and soap. The air conditioner works perfectly. The only minus is very difficult to find from the street, came at the address and didn't know where to go. There is a grocery store nearby (on the way to the beach on the right) there is a restaurant with affordable prices and large portions. Another plus- near the bus station, which is convenient for those who come by bus. The distance to the beach is also close, minutes 15-20 to go

We enjoyed the location, traveled by car and the apartments for this were perfect. A convenient exit to the main road, an indoor garage, where there are always free spaces. And overall location in the center of all sights. To the Light of Stefan you can reach on foot (about 40 minutes), to Budva (old city) about 1 hour on the embankment. In the room everything is quite simple, but everything is) The girl the administrator set us up earlier, as the room was ready for settlement already at 10 a.m. (instead of 15:00), everything showed, told, immediately registered in the system, sent a photo of registration. Thanks to her for the warm reception, we remained very happy. From the downsides, it is only to update the dishes (the pillows are old and the covering is all teared, on such one it is impossible to cook anymore. The plates require or replace or careful washing in the dishwasher). In October there was a very nice price for accommodation. Recommended! Montenegro is a pleasant visual country, everything was very liked!

Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! Down the fruit shop, a lot of shops, convenient transportation interchange, all nearby! I highly recommend these apartments, come back here !

Thank you! The room had everything I needed, and the location was convenient. Someone in the reviews mentioned it was a 10-minute walk to the beach, but I timed it myself and it only took me 5 minutes. You can find a market and cafes relatively close by (5-10 minutes). There were no issues with check-in or check-out. The only problem for me was mosquitoes; you definitely need to bring spray and an anti-mosquito device, but you can also buy them at a store. The location is beautiful, and I had a great vacation.
