"Riad Amely is a great place to stay. The service is amazing. Saïd & Ftah were both amazing ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with fresh Moroccan tea, which was extremely refreshing. The room was nice and clean. The A/C worked brilliantly. The only downside was a shared bathroom. However, it was always kept clean and topped up. There is a nice seating area on the roof to enjoy your tea and food. The breakfast is a traditional Moroccan breakfast with good size portions. Whenever we exited or entered we were always greeted warmly. Thank you for everything guys !"

Amazing
KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

GGuest UserStaying at Riad Dada Messouda & Spa was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel incredibly welcome almost like being part of a family. Everyone was so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. One staff member, in particular, felt like a friend from home so caring and attentive. Even when we had to leave early at 7:00 AM for a tour, they kindly prepared breakfast just for us. I also asked for help a few times, like cutting a honeydew melon, and they always went the extra mile with a smile. You can really feel that they put heart into everything they do. The riad itself is stunning full of Moroccan charm and beautiful traditional design. The room and all the common areas were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and comfortable. I chose this place because I wanted to experience something truly local and authentic, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a hotel it feels like home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!!!

XXIVery beautiful, traditional Moroccan style, check in and give me a map of Marrakech and tourist points, but remind everyone that the two are two people, we are husband and wife and eight-year-old daughter, we also live in double room in China However, Morocco can't. People say that three people can't live in two rooms, but he helped me upgrade the triple room for free. The breakfast is also very good, not a lot but enough. You can ask him to give you fried eggs. If you don't ask, you won't fry. Hot milk should also ask him. The only regret is that I didn't go when I checked out. I was calling the driver. My husband didn't know how to check out. I didn't know how to pay 240 Dirham. We came to the first three bowls of soup and a fries. It won't be so expensive, and I am embarrassed to go back and look at the bill. My husband doesn't know what to pay, just as the room upgrade fee, but on January 26 and 27, 19 lived two nights, 1492, I feel quite expensive. already

GGuest UserPlace is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

GGyuwahnI was checked in by Ismaelle and checked out by Jamal. Both are extremely helpful and friendly, offering valuable cultural and local tips. Those really come in handy to me. I appreciate it. Navigating through the medina of Marrakesh can be really sketchy after 12PM, as the alleyways are jam-packed. I had an issue figuring out where the Riad was situated, because the map on Trip.com was wrong. Trust Google's information here folks. A mosque is just on the next street, so you will hear the chanting sounds very close. Other than that, it is free from other bike noise or people. Very quiet during the night, which I found very rare in this city. I was served with a tea and biscuits upon arrival, and the tea was amazing. So Ismaelle arranged Jamal(because I was going out and coming back in the night) to teach me how to brew the tea how local would do. Great hospitality. Jamal and Abderrahmane(who works at another venue of this riad) were so friendly and shared some really helpful tips to get around. I am not talking about some ready-to-share knowledge, but they gave some actual tailored concierge-level information. Jamal also offered to give his hand in the morning to move my luggage, as I was in a minor difficulty, and walked with me and my luggage for 40 mins before 7AM. Breakfast at the rooftop was so nice and a lot better than the other riad I went to. If you found this riad is available for your travelling time, book it. You will have no regret.

GGuest UserStayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service. They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

GGuest UserI had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was so comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed every morning. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. I especially loved the [mention specific feature, e.g., rooftop pool, delicious breakfast buffet, or stunning views]. It truly added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the level of service—every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to return!” Let me know if you want it tailored to a specific hotel or experienc

JJigs88I actually did not stay in this Riad. I booked this Riad via trip.com for 3 nights and paid upfront. But when we reached there, person over there said there is no booking. They even said they don’t know what trip.com is. Even phone number on trip.com and even google is not right. When I saw that number to person over there, he didn’t recognise number. Owner of Riad finally talked to trip.com and told me that he will give us accommodation on different Riad for one night and somewhere else for another two night. First accommodation was good but second one for two nights was extremely small and not up to mark.  Now I don’t know who was on fault here whether this Riad who purposefully overbooked and then accommodated me on different cheap Riad OR trip.com who didn’t confirm booking with them.  Our holiday was completely ruined.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
