The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

At Raid Yakimur we rested with our son. Even before the trip, we answered our questions in detail, ordered us a transfer. When settlement, we had a Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the first floor, leaving the room we were immediately in a beautiful public zone. Very unusual experience of living in a raid. In the room comfortable beds. I lacked lighting, but it gave a certain atmosphere. Unfortunately, during our stay, breakfast on the roof was not possible due to the weather, but there was always possible to go up and take pictures. Raid himself is very atmospheric. Responsive, attentive and pleasant staff work there. They did everything to make us comfortable in the riad. Next time we'll definitely come back here again!

Riad Almisk is a stunning blend of beauty and authentic Moroccan architecture, with every corner thoughtfully curated for the perfect aesthetic. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all the standard amenities. What truly sets this Riad apart is the exceptional staff; they are deeply passionate about their culture and went above and beyond to help us plan our itinerary, suggest restaurants, and find authentic shopping spots. Additionally, the on-site spa is a highlight—offering an incredible experience at very reasonable prices. While we highly recommend staying here, a few minor improvements could enhance the guest experience: providing complimentary bottled water and expanding the breakfast selection, which is currently a bit limited for vegetarians. Overall, this is an ”Instagram-worthy” gem that you shouldn't miss in Marrakech.

The room was clean and spacious. However, the only major issue is that the hotel is undergoing renovations. The construction site is directly overlooking the pool. The noise from the works starts early in the morning!!! Avoid this hotel until the renovations are complete!!!

The stay was excellent. In the heat of late July, in a hot and crowded city, Palais Moulay Said was ”our” home sweet home to return to—a cool respite between sightseeing outings. All the staff—from the reception and support teams to the bar, restaurant, and pool personnel—were consistently helpful and friendly. The convenient and tasty meals were a real plus! The rooms could have used a bit more light, but they proved very comfortable and were always clean—just like the rest of the hotel, which was always spotless.

On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.

Enjoyable stay at Riad Jibril. The tourist tax was expensive compared to my previous trips, as was the transfer fee, which could have been included in the price. Otherwise, a very good location in a very quiet neighborhood with all amenities. The staff at the riad were very friendly and always available.

The guest experience is very good. It is better to choose a hotel in person when traveling. At least you will not step on thunder. The sanitation is quite good. The facilities are also very complete.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
