Its a pleasant experience staying in the hotel. We were very appreciative of Manager Jenny who made us very nice 3D imprint yogurt & also inform the chef to pack some finger food / pastry for us next morning after hearing we are leaving by 530 in the morning. The service exceeeded what we expected so we will surely return again. The hotel also gave us a free cake & the rooms were nice as it allows for 5 of us to stay inside comfortably with 4 bathrooms. The kids had their own beds & rooms which is good!

The room was clean and odor-free, with excellent heating and a humidifier. They even provided fresh fruit. The service was top-notch; staff were always responsive to our requests. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were a thoughtful touch. Staying here truly felt like coming home. When my suitcase handle got stuck during check-in, the concierge quickly called for a technician to fix it, which was a huge relief. The location is convenient, and it felt very safe walking back to the hotel late at night. My only minor complaint about the facilities is the steps at the entrance, which aren't ideal for guests with disabilities. However, this doesn't diminish my overall positive impression of the hotel.

Harbin Central Street No. 23 Residence Hotel is truly a travel gem! The location is absolutely fantastic; you step right out onto Central Street, and it's within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Songhua River, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. The north-facing rooms are spacious and clean, with smart room controls and a separate wet/dry bathroom, which is a thoughtful touch. The free afternoon tea and self-service laundry room are super practical, and the butler-style service is meticulous and attentive – they even give you a souvenir upon check-out. The value for money is exceptional; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin!

The room was very clean and spacious. We felt so welcomed during our stay. The manager was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure all guests were well taken care of, and was especially warm with the children. My kids love sweets, and when we were checking out, they even gave us a fruit platter. We really appreciate that! The location is fantastic, right on Central Street, close to all the attractions. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it's just a five-minute walk to the Songhua River where you can enjoy the breeze and watch the boats go by. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we come back.

The service was impeccable; the concierge proactively took my luggage, the front desk staff handled check-in with patience and meticulousness, and they even remembered my niche preferences. I felt genuinely cared for, like family, with absolutely no sense of distance. The room's design was a work of art. Soft, apricot-colored bathrobes, fresh-cut roses replenished daily, custom fragrances lingering in the air, and an electric curtain that revealed a stunning view. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The bathroom was spacious with practical double sinks, and the amenities were top-notch. Taking a bath while watching the mirror TV added a wonderful touch of ceremony. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was displayed like an art exhibition, with fresh and exquisite ingredients. The chef even thoughtfully brought out freshly made Eggs Benedict. The custom cocktails at the Hemingway Bar were rich and smooth, and their extensive wine collection was simply astounding. From the attentive service in the public areas to the thoughtful details in the room, this stay created unforgettable and beautiful memories. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a synonym for top-tier luxury. Everything, from the facilities to the service, was exceptional. It absolutely deserves a five-star recommendation, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!

Facilities: The hotel just opened recently, so the rooms are all brand new. Hygiene: Clean, comfortable, and tidy. Service: The service was excellent. They helped with my luggage upon arrival and also when leaving the hotel. They even gave me a hand warmer when checking out, which was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise! They also provided a complimentary breakfast, which was quite good, especially the shredded potatoes – absolutely amazing!

The hotel's location is excellent; right outside is St. Sophia Cathedral, and you can even see the church from your room. Directly across from the hotel is Daoli Market, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to Central Street. The rooms are spacious with relatively new facilities, and the pillows are comfortable. The front desk staff are very welcoming. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel's back door, as well as a delicious pastry shop.

I highly recommend the Grand Mansion 1903! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the incredibly warm service. The front desk offered hot drinks and patiently explained the hotel's history, and my luggage was promptly delivered to my room. Every detail showed how thoughtful they were. The hygiene was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, the carpets were clean enough to walk on barefoot, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The vintage carved furniture, combined with the century-old elevator and the oil painting gallery, made me feel like I was stepping into a Russian aristocratic manor. Plus, with its excellent location in the Central Avenue area, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin!
