I had an amazing stay at The Knot, Hiroshima! The hotel is stylish and perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the city. The bar was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely incredible – there were so many options to choose from. I loved the small touches in the room, like the chic dressing gown, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A standout for me were The Knot Coins – complimentary tokens for snacks and drinks – I used mine for a Basque cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Located in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!
Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room was spacious and modern, and its proximity to the station was a huge plus. The service was impeccable; I dropped off my luggage in the morning, and by the time I checked in later, it was already in my room. They even changed the sheets every day during my multi-night stay. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan at a similar price point, this one is by far the best.
Love the wide spread breakfast buffet but the food was a bit cold though. Great location and conveniently located so that transportation around Hiroshima was so easy. Hotel receptionists were friendly and can converse in English. The hotel is situated with a couple of department stores nearby. The Hiroshima pass was very useful as we could redeem vouchers to buy things in the department stores nearby..
Perfect for travelers willing to explore onomichi or to start the biking of the Shimanami. It is located right by side of the ferry to start the biking itinerary. The hotel is offering comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. There are a on-site amenities, including meeting rooms, biking racks and a restaurant. They offered us room upgrade to a larger room for free. Highly recommended!
Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob.
Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.
I would like to give a top grade to Beacon hotel. it is on the second floor of Onomichi station. This time we was upgrade to a very cozy family room. we are very happy to see that is a simple kitchen. We were on bicycle travel from Imabari. Our luggage was sent to the room before we check in. Staffs are all very kind and easy communicate. Only heard one time train pass by after we slept. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very new hotel. Highly recommend!
As soon as I entered the door, two female staff wearing masks looked at me, very cold, I went to the counter to check in and pointed to me to check in by myself. I entered a few voucher no. I failed, I asked the staff to help, she came over reluctantly, the impression was not very good. The other female and male staff were very warm and courteous.
The bath is not big, but only me and my daughter so it's OK.
The breakfast environment is very open, there are not many food choices, it seems that only 9AM or 9:30AM, 10AM CHECK OUT are provided earlier.
Stayed two nights at Onomichi Kokusai to do the Shiminami Kaido cycling route and really enjoyed my stay. The shuttle bus is a good perk (shoutout to Toshi the afternoon driver who was the best and so genuinely fun to chat with and helpful. Give him a raise!) but otherwise it’s a 20 min walk to the center of town where the station is. If you come in earlier in the day before check in time, keep in mind that there will not be shuttle buses running available. And when you do want to take a shuttle bus, you have to book via a site 15 mins prior to departure time which is exactly on time.
There’s also shuttle service to the public baths which I made use of and it’s cheaper than buying the voucher from the hotel than from the onsen directly.
No complaints about cleanliness and the room suites my needs. I’d definitely stay again if I do the cycling route again!
Since I just need to sleep for one night, it will be convenient for me to board the plane at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon. Take the bus from Hiroshima JR Station to the airport and walk for 5 minutes. The waiters were attentive. Although my Japanese was not very good (I could speak English and Mandarin), they took care to remind me where to pick up the supplies, and the waiters took the initiative to deliver the luggage to the room, which was worth praising! Fortunately, we were assigned to the 6th floor (top floor), which had a great view of the airport runway and could see planes coming in and out. The wifi signal is weak and often disconnected, which needs to be improved!
The hot breakfast in the morning was adequate and tasty. After checking out, you still have a little time to go to the nearby Sanjing Garden for a walk. The beautiful environment is the last attraction to complete your journey!

__WeChat14540****The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
