Guest UserI highly recommend this hotel. The staff is attentive and ready to answer any questions. Everything in the rooms is well thought out; I had a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies.

Guest UserI booked with Trip.com and chose the wrong dates. Upon asking the hotel staff to change it I was informed that trip.com did not allow it and vice versa. I am a business and leisure traveller who travels at least 15 times a year. My business on *********** has never had such a problem. Never using this service again.

MaveericksAn absolutely stunning hotel! The experience was flawless from start to finish. The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. I truly enjoyed my two day stay here and will definitely come back soon.

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip.
Very comfortable, stylish room.
Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook).
Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing.
Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work)
And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point.

ifUknowUknowThe room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

We also book it privately ourselves when we need to be in Utrecht for an event. The quality is excellent, and you can easily reach Utrecht city center by bus from the public transport stop, which is just a few hundred meters walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel's parking lot.
