GGuest UserThe hotel offers a free airport shuttle. Filipinos really have excellent taste in music! It was a delight listening to great music while enjoying the views of the distant volcano and street scenes. They even gave our child a bag of candy at check-in. If you need anything, just make a call, and a staff member will bring it very quickly. Regardless of whether you've finished them, the hotel replenishes the toiletries every day – very thoughtful. It's only a 50-peso tricycle ride to SM Mall. I also noticed they offer in-room massages and day tour bookings. We made a last-minute booking for a driver that morning, and he waited for quite a while since he was far away. I recommend booking the night before. The driver was incredibly attentive throughout our trip, always keeping an eye on us while we explored. We just walked around, and he'd follow closely in the car. I once hired a driver in Xinjiang, and they weren't nearly as attentive. This level of service is a first for me! It really makes me envy wealthy people, haha. My only regret is not booking a mountain view room, but you can still get beautiful volcano views from the rooftop bar's balcony and even from the parking lot. The water quality in Legazpi isn't great; the filter turned brown instantly when I turned on the tap. I recommend bringing a filtered showerhead. On our second night, the power went out nine times. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

Ttravel_svetaThe hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service.

DDaniel Tamaño WareI chose this accommodation because it was the most prestigious in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has fantastic views from the pool and gym. The spacious reception with quality wooden furniture stands out, as does the chapel. The breakfast is extremely varied and delicious.
However, the room didn't feel as inviting. From inside, you couldn't see Mayon Volcano directly; you had to go out onto the balcony, which had no furniture, and lean quite far to the left. The sheets smelled good, except for the decorative pillow, which smelled really bad. The shower had signs of limescale, and the bathroom in general seemed to be cleaned very superficially. The furniture in the breakfast area should also be changed; the transparent plastic chairs are not aesthetically pleasing. There's an error on Trip.com that states it's a five-star hotel, but it's really not, and it shows.
Despite all of this, I would definitely stay here again for the staff and breakfast. Also for the dining options available throughout the day. It's worth noting that this hotel is supposed to be the best in Legazpi.

YYetzqieOne of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

LloganywayI enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming.
The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night.
Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserGreat experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

The staff is very attentive, for example They prepare a vegan lunch even if it is not on the menu (they put meat everywhere in the Philippines)
