The young man who was at the reception on July 19, at night is not kind at all.
It is the first face that guests see when they arrive so that they don't greet, smile, not welcome.
It is only asked if you have a reservation, the guest's name; to deliver the key and say the room number. That's all. It leaves much to desire in terms of friendliness and friendliness.
The facilities are generally well, except for the glass door of the entrance. A door of 2 huge glass sheets, which should be automatic, but which do not work and put guests to be opening and closed (with much effort) each time they need to enter or leave the hotel.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
It is incredible that they have not been able to repair them, or at least leave them open so that guests can enter and saliv easily and have not been fighting.
This leaves a very bad impression of the hotel.
The breakfast is very rich and well served.
The very friendly, clean and well-made servant in his work.
This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need.
The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.
I booked this trip for a friend. The location is fairly easy to find, overall it is more affordable, and it is considered to be cheap. The location is easy to find and the service attitude is good.
This is my second trip to the hotel California. Both time have been an excellent experience. The front lobby is clean and the staff is polite. The have a coffee shop with pastries on site. The have a restaurant that serves good food. Above the restaurant is a full bar. All the staff is great! 👌🏼 I had clean towels and bedding everyday of my stay. the showers are hot the entire time. I would recommend this to anyone heading to Los Algodones. Thank you for the great experience on my adventures!✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️
Yes, I liked it a lot, except that near the bathroom there is a mirror that lets people in the bedroom see you, meaning more privacy is needed. Another thing was that it was a little cold, like the heather didn't work for us, but everything else is super good, very modern and elegant. I will definitely be back. It is my hotel in Mexicali from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯recommended
I have been to this hotel several times and I always like to be clean, it is very good service, they are very friendly, the parking lot is very safe and they make sure that everyone was going to do the Covid tests.
Facilities: Five-star ⭐ just opened not long ago, very new 🆕
Hygienic: Five stars ⭐ very clean
Environment: Five-star ⭐ Everything next to it
Service: Five-star ⭐ Careful
All very clean and excellent attention from all the hotel team, just breakfast is very “simply” and there is not always the same variety: egg with sauce, sauce toops for chilaquiles, beans (very good by the way) that only with strong dish, juice, milk and coffee.
The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .
Absolutely everything was excellent, from the spacious parking lot, the quick and easy check-in process, very clean and quality facilities, clean pool and breakfast included.

By far the best priced ” Nice Hotel ” in TJ. Even if you were to find a place for $5 to $10 less dollars take a great piece of advice look at both hotels before you book them because I bet you the West Plaza going to be worth way more to you. I'm in the next basketball player so most ex basketball players know everything by 15 ft because that's how far the free throw line is this looks like almost a square 15 the living room so that would get you at 3:25 to 350 and then you got about another $150 in the bathroom so it's plenty of room if you're a family and you need two beds the rooms are huge and one other thing I throw in if you were to bring a lot of people they better room here that I've never seen before it's cross the street from it across the room for me I wish I could take a picture of it it has three beds in it and it's beautiful
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked.
Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!
It's a good hotel in a good location, near restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff was friendly. The room is fine, but I missed having shelves or hooks in the bathroom. I certainly will return to this hotel!
I was concerned about spending a night in Tijuana , I’m not going to lie , but so very surprised … I compare this hotel with the service and the facilities you find in a new hotel in Las Vegas . Probably better , because they take their time to know you and cater to your necessities. I highly recommend the Sunday brunch with their delicious mimosas , they will serve you everything you need you literally just sit there and enjoy their amazing food . The car was super well attended the whole night , and they won’t even allow you to open the beautiful glass door they do everything for you . Btw they speak English perfectly , and many employees also speak German and Italian .
Great location, fantastic staff, and very nice and clean rooms. Walking from this location was so much fun, with so much to see and enjoy. (Walk North then west at Home Depot….4-6 blocks after you cross the bridge over the river along Home Depot and Tacate factory you will see many vendors selling wonderful food and a vast variety of items).
Visited Tijuana again after many years...choose this new hotel! The hotel is decorated in a simple style...with breakfast...very convenient for people traveling on business! The hotel is located in the city center...it is convenient for dining and shopping nearby!
