The Capital District Charity Ping Pong Tournament is back for its 3rd Annual event, and this time it's bigger and better than ever. Calling out all companies in the Capital Region, this tournament is not to be missed. Sponsored by Jahnel Group and ClearPath Mortgage, the tournament will take place at a new venue, Frog Alley Brewing, located at 108 State Street in Schenectady, NY on February 2nd, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
What can you expect at the Charity Ping Pong Challenge 2024? Get ready for an evening filled with music, delicious snacks, and refreshing drinks. The tournament will feature two single-elimination brackets and a doubles bracket for beginners. But that's not all - there's a special challenge where you can test your skills against a fully autonomous ping pong robot for a chance to win a prize and entry into the 50/50 raffle sponsored by All+ Table Tennis.
Not only will you have a fantastic time, but you'll also be supporting a good cause. All proceeds from the event will be donated to a charity chosen by the winners of each bracket. The distribution of the donations will be as follows: 50% to the Advanced Bracket, 25% to the Intermediate Bracket, and 25% to the Amateur Doubles Bracket.
Ticket options for the Charity Ping Pong Challenge 2024 include $400 for a team of up to 4 players, $250 for a team of 2 players, and $200 for single players. To be eligible to compete, players must be active employees of a participating company or related to an employee. Players can choose to compete in the Amateur Doubles bracket, Intermediate Singles bracket, or Advanced Singles bracket.
