The DriveSims.com Sim Racing League Night is a highly anticipated event that features a thrilling series of six races taking place at various locations around the world. Six teams will compete against each other, vying for points and exciting prizes. Each Race Night will be a two-hour long extravaganza, divided into three separate Heats to ensure that all three Racers get a chance to showcase their skills. The duration of each race, including qualifying and the final race, will be approximately 30 minutes. To ensure fairness, each team will be assigned a simulator for the night, and they will cycle through simulators during each League Night, allowing everyone to experience the Haptic and Static simulators equally. During the races, several exciting features will be enabled, such as Damage, Tire wear, and Fuel consumption. The Ideal Racing Line will be disabled, creating a challenging experience for the participants. Weather conditions will be randomized, adding an element of unpredictability. Penalties will also be enabled to ensure fair play. Additionally, all other assists will be enabled, providing the drivers with a comprehensive racing experience. The points system is designed to reward the drivers based on their finishing positions in each Heat. Each team's points will be added together at the end of the League Night to determine the Team Score. The team with the highest Team Score at the end of the League will emerge as the winner. The points breakdown is as follows: 1st place - 28 points, 2nd place - 20 points, 3rd place - 18 points, 4th place - 13 points, 5th place - 11 points, 6th place - 10 points. Additionally, the driver with the fastest lap in each Heat will receive an additional point. Participating in the DriveSims - Winter League '24 requires a ticket, priced at $175 per driver. The organizers understand that the thrill of victory is enhanced by the rewards. Therefore, they have put together an enticing prize pool for the top-performing drivers and teams. The first-place team will receive a cash prize of $250, while the first-place driver will be awarded a $100 DriveSims voucher.
