The 2023 PSI Virtual 5k Walk-Run is back for its 4th Annual event, taking place from October 20th to 23rd. This highly anticipated event is completely free and open to all participants. To join, simply track your 5k (3.1 miles) using a fitness device or phone, and submit your results to Bre Jennings at bjennings@polymerscience.com. Don't forget to include a fun selfie! This virtual race offers complete flexibility in terms of participation. You can choose to run, walk, or engage in any other form of exercise, either on a road or treadmill. Feel free to take part as an individual or with friends, family, or colleagues. The race can be completed at any time during the event weekend, starting from the morning of Friday, October 20th, until Monday evening, October 23rd. To make the event even more memorable, PSI employees who register will receive a complimentary PSI 5k shirt and medal. To be eligible for these exclusive items, make sure to register before noon on September 15th. Once you have your event shirt, be sure to proudly wear it during the race and share a selfie on social media with the hashtag #PSIWELLNESS.
