The "2025 Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon" kicked off in Tsim Sha Tsui on November 30th, bringing together thousands of cyclists from around the world to experience Hong Kong's "Sports + Tourism" in a new way. Cyclists can participate in the "32km" and "50km" events, crisscrossing Hong Kong's iconic landmarks, bridges, and tunnels, offering breathtaking views of the city's unique cityscape. The event culminates at the Jordan Road flyover and features a cycling carnival in the West Kowloon Cultural District, featuring diverse performances throughout the day, blending music and sports. F&B, sports equipment sales, new sports experiences, and art workshops are also available. 
The cycling events will also be broadcast live on the big screen on stage, allowing viewers to catch the action. Families can also sign up for the "Family Cycling Fun" event, challenging themselves with interactive parent-child tasks and enjoying a unique cycling experience. Furthermore, local cyclists will compete alongside competitors from other Greater Bay Area cities in the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area City Cycling Challenge (Hong Kong Station)." The men's open race course will pass through two tunnels and two landmark bridges, showcasing the dynamic charm of Hong Kong's urban landscape.

After dinner, I like to stroll through Mong Kok, observing the vibrant nightlife. Layers of neon signs illuminate the narrow streets, bathing them in color. The crowds are bustling, but it doesn&#39;t feel crowded; instead, there&#39;s a sense of reassuring warmth.

Standing on the footbridge, the traffic flows like a luminous river; red taxis leisurely weave through the traffic, while minibuses whiz by, creating a gust of wind. This lively yet tranquil atmosphere is a unique vitality of Hong Kong, reminiscent of scenes from old movies.

The view is scenimatic and you will surely love it especially if your nature lover.

Queue was orderly and organised whilst waiting for the tram to head to the peak. Just scan qr code given by trip.com at turnstiles. Although only a short 10 minute ride, the views headed up were stunning and best seated on right side of tram to see the city down below. If this is missed, fret not as the views at the peak itself is breathtaking and many pics can be taken then. There are trails, viewing points and shopping activities at the peak. Public bus service is available if one purchases a single way tram ticket. Journey via bus downhill is pleasant and takes about 40 minutes.

The West Kowloon Palace Museum, though small, is fully equipped. While the exhibits are few, the layout is meticulously designed. The flow of visitors is logical, making it accessible to all, and suitable for people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
