Honest Haven Yoga is thrilled to announce the 3rd annual Standup Paddleboard Yoga Teacher Training program. This comprehensive 2-day training session will cover essential topics such as SUP techniques, water safety, business insights, and more. The first day, set for May 31st, will take place at Honest Haven Studio in Denver, focusing on theoretical aspects like SUP equipment, paddleboarding basics, and business strategies. On the second day, participants will gather at Aurora Reservoir to undergo practical training, including a SUP Yoga class led by Cassandra, sequencing practice on water, safety drills, and teaching techniques. All attendees are required to possess swimming abilities, a valid CPR certification, and a 200hr YTT certificate. Rental boards are available for an extra fee of $20, and entrance fees to Aurora Reservoir range from $10 to $12. Completion of this training will earn participants 12 CEC credits with Yoga Alliance.
