This event includes a somatic introduction and integration. Liberate into the here and now through BODY WAVES' 5 Rhythms Dance Meditation. In this class movement becomes the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor. OLIVER is an accredited 5rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5 Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. His background includes sacred movements and seated meditation in the direct lineage of G.I. Gurdjieff and a dedicated yoga practice (Teacher Certified by Richard Freeman). Oliver also is a musician. Mariannenplatz is a large lawn in front of a large castle. It looks lush and suitable for picnics. There are not many people. There are lounge chairs. It is a very considerate and humanized design. The flower beds are also carefully trimmed.

If you&rsquo;ve already made it to Berlin, I highly recommend climbing the stairs to the top of the Berlin Cathedral for the panoramic view. However, it really depends on your luck&mdash;during my visit the dome was under major renovation, and most of the view was blocked.Be prepared: the staircase has many steps, and the walkway at the top is quite narrow. When it gets crowded, you can&rsquo;t stay up there for long. For the best experience, I suggest visiting after you&rsquo;ve explored most of Berlin&rsquo;s major sights&mdash;seeing the city you just walked through spread out beneath you makes the view even more rewarding.

Charlottenburg Palace is beautifully preserved and gives you a real sense of Prussian royal life.
