Sessions are available twice a week, either on Mondays and Fridays at Clayton Park starting June 10th, or on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Halifax Common starting May 7th. Each participant receives tailored coaching within a group dynamic to enhance skill development efficiently while enjoying a full-body workout. This year, special feature groups, including individual, family, private, or semi-private lessons, will be offered at the Halifax Common and Clayton Park West's Tremont Plateau Park throughout the summer.
