Acting Through Song | Teen Group Class | 6 Weeks

Discover the transformative power of music in our 6-week group program for teens - Acting Through Song! This unique class offers students the opportunity to learn and perform a song in character, bringing their favorite musicals to life. Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, Virginia Ballard, each student will select a song from a musical within their vocal range, complete with ensemble sections.

Throughout the program, students will work on staging their chosen song, with the support of four ensemble members, within the context of the musical. Using pre-recorded accompaniment, they will create a captivating performance that showcases their talent and creativity.

The classes will be held every Friday, starting from November 3rd, at The Cat and The Fiddle in Capon Bridge. The sessions will run from 5:15pm to 6:15pm, providing a convenient after-school activity for teenagers passionate about acting and singing.

This program is open to students aged 10 and above, with a minimum of four and a maximum of ten participants. The cost per child is $100, with a $5 pre-registration fee and the remaining $95 to be paid on the first day of class.
