Bleats, Bends, and Brews: Yoga with Goats @OLB is back for its second season at Kentuckiana Backyard Farms. This unique event takes place at Old Louisville Brewery and offers a delightful experience of practicing yoga while interacting with adorable goats. The class provides the perfect blend of yoga benefits and goat-filled joy. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi, everyone is welcome to join. The session is divided into two 30-minute segments, with a refreshing 10-minute break in between for a Bleats & Beverage Break. During this time, participants can enjoy a beverage, mingle with fellow yogis, and of course, cuddle with the playful goats. Our friendly goats may even jump on your back, nibble on your hair, or snuggle up next to you for a cozy moment. It's a fantastic way to stay active, have a blast, and forge new friendships. To ensure your comfort, please wear suitable attire that allows for easy movement. Remember to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and sunscreen. (Extra mats and water are available while supplies last.) Please be mindful of the animals and their space during the class. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Before the class commences, a waiver will need to be signed. Please note that the event is weather-permitting, and in the case of rain, it will be rescheduled.
