Learn the fundamentals of working with chocolate, including how to temper it properly for a smooth, glossy finish and satisfying snap.

Create Your Own:
• Mold and shell your own chocolate bonbons, then fill them with rich, ready-made salted caramel ganache.
• Make delicate chocolate mendiants — simple, elegant chocolate disks topped with nuts, fruit, or other classic garnishes.

Take Home:
 Package your creations to enjoy or gift.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
