Join the DESIGN THINKING FUNDAMENTALS class in Singapore to explore and embrace the power of creativity. Throughout the class, students will be encouraged to express themselves freely and break free from the fear of making mistakes. It is widely known that children possess immense creativity, but unfortunately, this innate ability often diminishes as they progress through the educational system. The class aims to change this by empowering children to explore their creative thinking skills. The session will include various activities that foster creativity. For instance, in Activity 1, students will engage in creative thinking exercises using chopsticks. They will be encouraged to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. Activity 2 will focus on the importance of embracing mistakes as a valuable part of the creative process. Students will learn that making mistakes is not something to be feared but rather a stepping stone to new ideas and growth. One of the key activities, Activity 3, involves ideation using 30 circles. This exercise challenges children to think creatively and generate multiple ideas using a limited set of resources. Through these activities, children will gain a deeper understanding of creativity and develop the confidence to express themselves without the fear of making mistakes.
