The contestants, both men and women, will showcase their strength and determination as they aim for the maximum weight of 225lbs for men and 135lbs for women. Aside from the exhilarating competition, attendees can indulge in a variety of delectable food and refreshments, including mouthwatering donuts and even treats for our four-legged friends. The event also serves a noble cause, raising funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Virginia. As a spectator, a suggested donation of $5 will be greatly appreciated, while competitors can contribute $30 with the option to participate in one or both events.
