This free event, funded by Active Travel England and supported by the Horsham District Council and Horsham District Neighbourhood Wardens, is part of Cycling UK's 'Big Bike Revival'. The clinic will take place on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Horsham Carfax. During your appointment, an expert bike mechanic will inspect your adult's bike and make minor repairs to ensure it is safe to ride. The safety inspection includes a free 30-minute session with adjustments and repairs as needed. You will also receive a full inspection and work report for your bike. Please note that appointments are limited to one per household, and only one bike is permitted per appointment. Children's bikes cannot be serviced. It is important to arrive on time for your appointment as late arrivals may result in reduced work time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us in advance so we can offer it to someone else. While we strive to complete as much work as possible within 30 minutes, there may be instances where further work is required. In such cases, we will provide you with a full inspection report and refer you to a local provider for an estimate. Please note that any additional work needed is not covered by the free service. Your safety and that of our staff is paramount. If you have tested positive for coronavirus, have been advised to self-isolate, or are experiencing any illnesses that could be transmitted to others, we kindly ask that you do not attend the clinic.
