The Freedom Creative Youth Platform is excited to present its inaugural schools celebration at the esteemed Gosforth Civic Theatre (GCT) in Newcastle upon Tyne. This remarkable event is the culmination of the hard work and dedication of our incredible delivery team, who have collaborated with six schools throughout the term as part of our groundbreaking 'Freedom Creative package'. GCT, founded by the Liberdade Community Development Trust, embodies the essence of its name, which means "FREEDOM." Our mission is to provide unrestricted access to high-quality arts, foster an inclusive community, and serve as a source of inspiration for all. This term, each school had the opportunity to visit our theater, interact with one another, and witness a professional performance. Additionally, they worked closely with our skilled delivery team to create a captivating new dance piece, which they will proudly showcase during this event. At GCT, we firmly believe in the power of Bringing People Together.
