Go with the Flow Yoga offers a pay-by-donation vinyasa flow class every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. This class takes place at The Old Cheese Factory in Berwick, Victoria. It is a welcoming and inclusive class suitable for all levels of experience. The practice focuses on linking breath with movement to cultivate strength, stability, and ease. Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session to check in with the instructor and find a comfortable spot. The class takes place inside The Chapel at The Old Cheese Factory, but during daylight savings and nice weather, it may move outside to one of the garden spaces. Attendees are advised to bring their own mat or towel, as well as a drink bottle. Yoga blocks are optional but can enhance the practice. The class operates on a pay-by-donation model, with suggested donations ranging from $10 to $25. This allows for accessibility and ensures that everyone in the community has the opportunity to participate.
