Go with the Flow Yoga presents an invigorating outdoor vinyasa flow class every Sunday morning at Wilson Botanic Park Berwick. This dynamic class, suitable for all levels of experience, combines breath and movement to cultivate strength, stability, and ease in the body and mind. Join us from 9:30am to 10:30am to embark on a transformative journey towards physical and mental well-being.

When you arrive at the picturesque Wilson Botanic Park Berwick, please aim to check in with the instructor at least 10 minutes before the session begins. Find a comfortable spot in either the deck overlooking the stunning Anniversary Lake or 'The Dome' undercover area in case of rain. Don't forget to bring your own mat or towel, a drink bottle, and dress in layers to accommodate Melbourne's unpredictable weather.

At Go with the Flow, we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone in the community. That's why we offer this class on a pay-by-donation basis, allowing you to contribute according to your personal circumstances and the value you place on the class. Donations start from $10 to $25, with an average of $15. This ensures that we can continue offering these classes to the community and make them accessible for all.
