Welcome to the 11th Annual Heart & Soul Benefit Climbing Competition in Denver! This prestigious event supports cancer research and has been a tradition since 2014. The competition will be held on March 16, 2024, at the flagship Central Denver location of the Denver Bouldering Club (DBC). It promises to be a thrilling day filled with boulder problems and camaraderie, all for a worthy cause.

Climbers of all skill levels are invited to participate in this fun and inclusive competition. Spectators are also welcome to join in the excitement. As part of our commitment to the fight against cancer, we will be donating the proceeds from this year's event to the University of Colorado Cancer Center. Our goal is to advance cancer research through the Investigator-Initiated Trials Fund.

Each year, the Heart & Soul Climbing Competition has surpassed expectations by raising more and more money. This year, we are aiming higher than ever before. With the support of our amazing climbing community, we celebrated a milestone when our event total exceeded $120k. Now, we are determined to build on that success.

The event schedule is as follows:
- Doors open and check-in & registration begins for Block 1 at 7:30am
- Climbing commences for Block 1 at 8:00am
- Climbing ends for Block 1 at 11:00am
- Climbing begins for Block 2 at 11:00am (check-in & registration opens at 10:30am)
- Climbing ends for Block 2 at 2:00pm
- Climbing begins for Block 3 at 2:00pm (check-in & registration opens at 1:30pm, OPEN competitors must compete in Block 1 or 2)
- Finalists will be announced at 3:00pm via social media
- Climbing ends for Block 3 at 5:00pm
- Isolation area for finalists opens at 5:00pm
- Raffle takes place at 5:30pm
- Isolation area for finalists closes at 6:00pm
- Open Finals begin at 7:00pm
- Awards ceremony takes place at 8:30pm

The State Government Plaza in Colorado, where Denver is located, is where you can visit the state government&#39;s golden-domed Capitol. Many state governments in the United States have areas open to tourists for free. You just need to go through security check at their specified time.

This Colorado State Government Capitol is the seat of the state legislature and the governor&#39;s office, and is also the office of the Senate and House of Representatives.

It is said that the golden roof of this capitol is made of pure gold to commemorate the gold rush in Colorado.

Walking in this state capitol, you can really feel that every step and every scene is particularly &quot;American&quot;, and you can see people or events related to Colorado&#39;s history wherever you look.

I haven&#39;t been able to go abroad for a while, so I can only take out the photos I took before and look at them. I miss it a lot. We also bought a lot of things in this place, and its architecture is also very local.
