Join IKEA Miami and Mind Body Social for a free, monthly wellness event at IKEA Miami Home Furnishings. Celebrate the holiday season by dancing your way to a healthier you! Experience a variety of activities including meditation and Zumba. Remember to check-in between 8:30am - 9:00am at the restaurant of IKEA Miami and enter through the P2 level (ground floor) at the garage side. Don't forget to bring your IKEA FAMILY loyalty card for access to the event and a special giveaway (limited quantities available). If you're not an IKEA FAMILY member yet, you can join by visiting the IKEA website. Please note that admission is on a first come, first serve basis. This event is open to individuals aged 16 and above, and registration requires acceptance of our liability waiver. Keep in mind that the event program is subject to change without notice.
