Inspired by a headline about the shuttering of French bakeries, she wrote her debut novel, Les Beaux Châteaux, which quickly became a bestseller on Amazon's Historical French Fiction list. The book depicts the story of a father and son adapting to the evolving traditional French life. Dorothy's aim is to captivate readers with fresh news from the past. During the event on Sunday, November 5 at 3pm, Dorothy will offer a brief reading from her book, answer questions, and share her plans for her next writing adventure.
