The day begins with doors opening at 10.00, allowing participants to enjoy refreshments before the singing commences at 11.00 am. The schedule is thoughtfully designed, starting with the first session from 11.00 am to 12.45 pm, followed by a lunch break from 12.45 pm to 2.00 pm. The afternoon session then runs from 2.00 pm to 3.25 pm, with a tea break from 3.25 pm to 3.55 pm. The final session concludes the day from 3.55 pm to 4.55 pm. During the event, music will be provided at no additional cost, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. For lunch, participants have the option to bring a packed meal or explore the various eateries within walking distance of St Edward's School.
