Parents seeking confidence coaching for their 7 or 8-year-old to master bike riding can enroll their children in the Bike Fun Learn to Ride class. Held at St. James the Less in Nashville, this class focuses on fundamental bike skills such as balance and control, catering to beginners who have never ridden without training wheels. Bike Fun provides bikes and helmets for those in need. Participants should bring their helmets, a snack, and water to the outdoor event. The class, limited to 5 children, offers a sliding scale ticket fee of $10-20 as a donation. Caregivers are encouraged to observe and learn alongside their child. In case of inclement weather, attendees will be notified a day in advance for possible rescheduling. If weather interrupts the class, it will be considered complete if over half the session has passed, with the option to attend a makeup class.
