Join MCR Outdoors this Tuesday for an exciting trail run at Sale Water Park and the Mersey. The event will take place at Sale Water Park in Manchester, starting at 6.30pm. Before we begin, there will be a quick warm-up session at the Tree Tops Cafe on Cow Lane. The run will cover approximately 11km, exploring the beautiful trails around the Water Park and River Mersey. We will be running at a social pace of 6.30-7 minutes per kilometer, providing a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all participants.
