Welcome to the Mosaic - Adult Support and Protection training event, exclusively designed for West Lothian Council staff. This event is a crucial step towards preparing the Adult Support and Protection team for the implementation of the new Mosaic system in March 2024. The training will be held at Arrochar House, conveniently located on the basement floor. To reach the training rooms, simply head downstairs upon entering the main reception area. The team will be based in room LG4. Before attending the session, it is essential to complete the pre-course homework. This includes watching the relevant familiarisation video on Mosaic, which is available for both SWIFT users and AIS users. Additionally, please ensure that you have finished the MELearning Module.
