Join the thrilling event "POUND on the Beltline" at the Historic Fourth Ward Park Amphitheater in Atlanta. This exhilarating experience will ignite your inner rockstar through music, movement, and drumming. Immerse yourself in the energetic beats and let the rhythm guide you in this full-body drumming workout. POUND combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements, all accompanied by high-energy music. The workout is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifiable exercises to accommodate everyone. All you need to bring is water, a mat, and your rockstar attitude - Ripstix will be provided. This event is open to rockstars of all ages, including kids and pups! However, please note that due to outdoor location, class cancellations may occur depending on weather conditions. Any cancellations will be communicated via email or @kdsumner. On cold weather days, the class will be held at 35 degrees and above. While this class is offered free of charge in partnership with the Atlanta Beltline Project, any monetary contribution is greatly appreciated. The event will take place at the Historic Fourth Ward Park, specifically on the cement section on the top level across from AMLI apartments.
