Discover the installation designed by Héctor Serrano and Carmen Baselga for Faro Barcelona to present the 'Tierra Mar y Aire' collection. 'Tierra Mar y Aire' is a collection of large-scale 3D printed luminaires made from sustainable materials, designed by Héctor Serrano for Faro Barcelona. The collection is born out of a concern for two concepts. Firstly, the intention to democratize large-scale 3D printing by integrating it as a standard industrial process in lightweight manufacturing. And secondly, a commitment to manufacturing increasingly sustainable products and promoting circularity. The project serves as a rallying cry that encourages our relationship with the planet in response to the current climate crisis. 'Tierra Mar y Aire' is organized into three areas, representing the elements of our planet and paying homage to the origins of the materials used in the luminaires. The shape of each luminaire is inspired by natural forms, emphasizing the respect we should have for nature.
