The annual Fall weightlifting meet, Pull & Pray 2024, is set to take place in Bowling Green at the BG Powerhouse/Bowling Green Barbell Club on November 16, 2024. Participants can choose between sanctioned and unsanctioned sessions, open to both USAW members and non-members. Prizes will be awarded to the Best Lifter in various categories, with cash prizes for the top male and female overall Sinclair scores. Athletes will also have the chance to win raffle prizes, with each registered athlete receiving a free raffle ticket. Registration fees range from $55.74 to $86.68, depending on the registration period. All age divisions and weight classes are welcome, and the official USA Weightlifting rules will be followed.
