SEDUCT-ercize, with instructor Kristen King, is a captivating and empowering full-body workout that draws inspiration from the enchanting world of burlesque. This invigorating fitness experience is designed to cater to all bodies and fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can partake in the fun. No prior experience is necessary to join this class.

SEDUCT-ercise seamlessly combines elements of cardio, toning, balance, and flexibility with alluring burlesque-inspired movements. The result is a dynamic and seductive workout that engages your entire body. Whether you are a seasoned burlesque enthusiast or a complete beginner, this class welcomes you with open arms.

Each class runs for approximately 45-60 minutes and is suitable for individuals of all fitness backgrounds. To fully enjoy the session, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, a necktie (you can borrow one from Kristen if needed), and a water bottle. Comfortable workout attire is encouraged, and costumes are welcomed as long as they allow for safe movement. Bare feet are recommended, but you may bring your own small hand weights or resistance bands if you prefer an extra challenge.

Your instructor, Kristen King, is a highly experienced fitness professional with a decade of community group fitness teaching under her belt. In 2017, she earned her ZUMBA® certification and was crowned Leadville/Lake County's Best Fitness Instructor in 2019. When not sharing her passion for movement, Kristen enjoys quality time with her husband and 11-year-old twins, indulging in karaoke, and providing private life and business coaching to her clients.
