Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center and The Rogue Roundabout are collaborating once again to bring you Sip & Cycle, a unique movement opportunity in Downtown Conway. This exciting event combines indoor cycling with a relaxed and social atmosphere. Led by Amanda Castillo, a Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor and Member Experience Manager at the HFC, Sip & Cycle offers a 45-minute indoor cycling class for participants of all levels. 
Upon registration, you will receive a ticket that includes an exclusive insulated cup and your first draft beverage from The Rogue Roundabout's selection of craft beverages. Whether you choose to enjoy your drink during the ride or afterwards, this event promises a fun-filled experience with plenty of laughter, singing, and sweating. It's important to note that non-alcoholic options are also available for those who prefer them. 
No prior indoor cycling experience is required, and the indoor cycling bikes are equipped with pedals that can be used with regular workout shoes. Specialized cycling shoes are not necessary, as all bikes are compatible with SPD clips, and a select few with Delta clips. 
Please be aware that this event is limited to 28 spots and is exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. ID verification will be required upon entrance. While tickets are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
