Experience the ultimate recharge for your mental health at the Sunset GOAT Yoga class in HERALD. This unique event combines the therapeutic benefits of yoga with the undeniable cuteness and playfulness of baby goats. Led by the talented instructor Terrell Renee, a professional dancer turned yogi, this class will guide you into the present moment and provide a workout filled with smiles and laughter. No yoga experience is necessary for this class, as it is more focused on the goats than the yoga itself. Terrell will gently lead you through a flow, but the most important thing is to listen to your own body and do what feels good. The goats will bring their playful energy, jumping on your back and even falling asleep in your arms. To ensure everyone can fully participate, please wear a shirt that covers your entire back, as the goats may get a little dirty. All ages are welcome to join in on the fun, but children must be accompanied by a parent. Please bring your own yoga mat and water if desired, but towels are not recommended. Remember, G.O.A.T. Yoga is not a spectator sport, so only ticket holders will be allowed at the class.
