During this two hour workshop supervisors will learn about the model, developed by Dan Siegel: The Window of Tolerance. Practices to increase self-awareness regarding level of arousals for self and for others one interacts with will be discussed. The ways in which widening one's window as a leader contribute to increased compassion for self and others and can lead to increased curiousity and appreciative inquiry will be reviewed. This workshop will involve a combination of psycho-education, group discussion and opportunities for interaction and engagement with the material.
