This highly acclaimed show, which has garnered eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, for its Broadway premiere, will now be performed by high school students. Adapted from the original version by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler, Sweeney Todd: The School Edition is a thrilling and delicious theatrical treat that has captivated audiences around the world. Set in nineteenth-century London, the story follows Sweeney Todd, a barber seeking revenge against the corrupt judge who wronged him and devastated his family. Along the way, Todd teams up with Mrs. Lovett, the clever owner of a struggling pie shop. As Todd's quest for vengeance unfolds, the two concoct a macabre plan that sends shockwaves through the city.
