Join guide Aoife Convery on the Tour for People with a Hearing Impairment - Andy Warhol Three Times Out at the Hugh Lane Gallery in Dublin 1. This monthly program is specifically designed for individuals with a hearing impairment and will explore the largest exhibition of Andy Warhol's work in Ireland. Each tour will focus on different aspects of the exhibition, providing a comprehensive experience. To ensure all participants can fully enjoy the tour, we provide audio amplification devices in the form of individual loop devices. These devices connect with a microphone headset worn by the tour guide, allowing audio to be transmitted directly to the loop devices. Individuals with hearing aids can easily connect to the loop devices, while those who are hard of hearing and do not have hearing aids can use their own or earpieces provided by ADI. Please note that booking is essential for this tour, and it is important for hearing aid users to have access to their T setting in order to connect to the tour guide equipment. While not all hearing aids have this setting, the majority of hearing aids provided by the HSE do offer it. Users must have their hearing aids programmed by an audiologist to include the T-coil program/Loop program/ T setting and understand how to access that program. Bluetooth programs or compatibility access is not compatible with the equipment used during this tour. Don't miss this unique opportunity to explore the Andy Warhol exhibition in a way that accommodates your hearing impairment. Admission is free, so make sure to secure your spot in advance.
