Join Women's Volleyball Alumni Weekend 2023, taking place from November 17th to November 18th at the Al McGuire Center in Milwaukee. This exciting event offers a series of activities that will allow you to reconnect with former teammates and show your support for the Women's Volleyball program. Start off the weekend on Friday, November 17th at 7:00 PM with the 2013 Big East Championship Recognition match against St. Johns. As a special tribute, the 2013 Big East Championship team will be honored on the court between sets 2 and 3. You and your family can claim up to 6 tickets to attend this exhilarating match. On Saturday, November 18th, immerse yourself in the volleyball atmosphere by joining the Coaches' Corner from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. This is an excellent opportunity to witness the current team's morning game day practice and get acquainted with the coaching staff and others involved in the program. Complimentary coffee and pastries will be provided, and families are welcome to join. Following the Coaches' Corner, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, alumni can participate in an Alumni Scrimmage/Open Court session. Dust off your knee pads and showcase your skills alongside fellow past alumni. This friendly and competitive atmosphere is sure to bring about great volleys and laughter. Families and significant others are encouraged to attend. Conclude the day with the Blue & Gold Happy Hour at 5:00 PM. Join the Blue & Gold team and Coach Theis for a social gathering in the Al prior to the match. Enjoy beer, wine, and light hors d'oeuvres while connecting with fellow alumni. At 6:00 PM, the Alumni Recognition Match against Seton Hall will take place, serving as the final regular season home match. This is your chance to witness the Women's Volleyball team in action and show your support. Alumni will be acknowledged on the court between sets 2 and 3.
