The WHS Rules of Handicapping undergo a thorough review by the USGA and R&A every four years. This process aims to ensure that the rules remain up-to-date and effective. In line with this, changes are planned for the World Handicap System in the GB&I region. These changes are set to take effect from the 1st of January.
