The breakfast options aren’t the best but food was hot and decent. We had 2 main issues with the hotel which is the cleanliness and fire alarm. We found several cockroaches in the room but the staff moved us to a different room right after we reported it. Regarding the fire alarm, it went off at 2am waking us up. We evacuated and went downstairs immediately. However, they told us there was no fire and it was just gas leak issue. No apologies. The check-in staff was wonderful—the lady noticed I was Japanese and kindly switched to Japanese to help me. That small gesture made me feel so welcome! I was also lucky to get a free upgrade because the 5th floor was newly renovated.
The room was great, with a well-equipped bathroom, a large mirror, an electric kettle, and USB ports for charging devices. Just keep in mind that due to local regulations, hotels no longer provide free bottled water, so you'll need to buy it beforehand. The room had a nice view of the cityscape, mountains, and a glimpse of the sea.
It’s only a 5-minute walk to Austin Station, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
電車で広州に行った帰りに宿泊。終着駅の香港西九龍駅から歩いて15分くらいの超便利な立地。チェックインカウンターでは英語で受付を始めたが、担当してくれた女性が「私日本語話せますよ」と一言かけて下さった。なんとありがたい！チェックインの英語は練習したとはいえ、母国語で対応して頂けるならそちらの方が断然嬉しい。こういう小さな一言が大きなサービスである。予約した部屋はシティビスタキングサイズベッドルームだったが、5階が新装オープンしたばかりなようで、無料グレードアップしてくださった。ユニットバスにはアメニティはもちろん装備されていて、大きな鏡がついているので大変便利。備え付けの湯沸かし器でお湯を沸かしてコーヒーやお茶を入れることも可能。ただ条例により、ホテルではペットボトル水の無料サービスは廃止になっているので、外で買う必要がある。机には大きなテレビと鏡があり、コンセントも２つついている。充電器がなくてもUSBケーブルがあればスマホやPCの充電は可能。海からちょっと離れているが、カーテンを開けると朝日に眩しい街並みの向こうに山々と海がかすかに見える。帰りはオースティン駅まで歩いて5分ほど。近くには飲食店が大小問わず沢山あるので事欠かない。FromSAR 378

The hotel offers clean, modern minimalist vibes, along with easy access to local restaurants, cafes, and public transport such as trams and busses. The complimentary coffee and light breakfast lounge adds extra value to the stay. This time, I didn't plan ahead. My return trip was suddenly delayed, and I needed to switch hotels last minute, so I just booked one nearby. I was genuinely amazed by this place! For around 1100, the room was incredibly spacious, completely unlike the 'every inch of land is precious' small rooms I always hear about. It had two bathrooms, a huge bed, two TVs, and a large bathtub with a separate shower. The amenities were also super comprehensive, including a universal adapter and complimentary bottled water in the room. I truly recommend room 1042! They also have all the disposable items for children, which you can ask for at the front desk. Highly recommended! It's also quite close to the MTR station. Just across the road is Kowloon Park, which is definitely worth a visit. Miramar Place is diagonally opposite, as well as Muji, and there's a Don Quijote import supermarket downstairs. The hotel's location is impeccable. Just cross a footbridge and you're at Victoria Harbour. It's a 5-minute walk to the Avenue of Stars, 10 minutes to the Star Ferry, and 10 minutes to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. We chose a deluxe sea-view king room. Although it was on the 8th floor, which is a bit low, the beautiful Victoria Harbour view was still unobstructed. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are just decent. Our 11-year-old child got a free extra bed, which was a thoughtful touch. Across the street is Lei Garden; although it's on B2, the food is exceptionally authentic and a great option for dinner. I specifically chose to stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, a benchmark for luxury hotels in the city, and overall, it met my expectations, with only a minor disappointment regarding the bathrobe.
The room layout was spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the complete Victoria Harbour skyline. The daytime scene of blue seas and boats, and the nighttime spectacle of countless city lights, each had their own unique charm. The entire room featured high-quality wood furnishings and plaid soft decor. The walk-in closet offered ample storage, and the dual showers and scenic bathtub were top-notch. Amenities like toiletries, TWG tea sets, and Nespresso coffee machines were thoughtfully provided. The turndown service each evening included an aromatherapy scent and a small snack, showing exceptional attentiveness.
Service was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The concierge and butler were friendly, professional, and promptly responded to any requests. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options, with high-quality Hong Kong-style Nissin Demae Itcho, desserts, and fresh fruits. The high-altitude infinity pool directly overlooks the sea; it was quiet and uncrowded, making for a perfectly relaxing swim. Direct access to K11 Musea downstairs made shopping and getting around incredibly convenient.
The only minor flaw was the quality of the bathrobes in the room. The fabric felt rather thin, lacking the softness and plushness found in bathrobes at other luxury hotels in the same category. This was a stark contrast to the otherwise exquisite and luxurious amenities in the room. The experience would be even more perfect if the bathrobe material were upgraded.
Overall, the minor imperfection doesn't overshadow the many positives. It remains a must-stay hotel for sea views in Hong Kong, and I would definitely choose it again on my next visit.FromSAR 3,352

For my birthday staycation, I chose the Fullerton, and it was my second time staying here. The front desk staff saw me and immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room, which I was incredibly touched by. From the room, you could see an endless sea view and Ocean Park. We dropped off our luggage and immediately headed to the infinity pool, which my son loved because there was also a slide. The room package included breakfast for two adults, and we added breakfast for one child and dinner for two adults and one child. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, and after eating, we could take a walk in the garden outside. Perhaps because it wasn't yet the peak summer season, the room price was very affordable. The most expensive part was the overnight parking, which cost $500 – that's really pricey. I arrived pretty late, around 10:30 PM, to check in. I asked for a late checkout, but they only extended it until noon, when regular checkout is 11 AM. And you can't check in until after 3 PM. The facilities and environment were decent, but the TV remote felt sticky, which was a bit unpleasant.
The delivery service I ordered was a joke! It only delivers to Tsing Yi and explicitly states you can't bring luggage larger than a 20-inch carry-on. If it's bigger, you can't get on the car, making the service completely useless.
The buffet breakfast was HKD 130 per person, but it was cheaper to buy it on the spot. My room rate on Ctrip was 668, but adding breakfast for two adults brought the total to RMB 1178. Clearly, I was overcharged, and I didn't even get to use the car service. I'm definitely giving Ctrip a bad review!FromSAR 272

My first impression of the hotel's lobby service was excellent. The customer service agent who checked me in spoke Mandarin exceptionally well. The room was larger than I expected, especially considering how compact spaces can be in Hong Kong. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my Langham room. The air conditioning was also very cool, and the cleanliness was great, though the bed was a bit soft, haha. It was quiet at night, and the housekeeping staff were also very good. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Western dining experience at the Langham Club was also enjoyable. I believe it's a two-way street; mainlanders are well-mannered, and Hong Kong people are no less so. When I checked out, the young lady with the tablet, who was walking around, had a particularly lovely smile and offered warm, enthusiastic service. I was very satisfied. I booked this hotel in early April for a June stay. My friend arrived much earlier than me on the day of check-in. I gave her the Trip.com confirmation letter and my name, but when she tried to check in, the hotel said they couldn't find any reservation. My friend, a young woman, was left stranded. I was on a flight at the time and couldn't receive messages or handle the situation. She was scared and had nowhere to rest or go. My flight was also delayed, landing around midnight. As soon as I saw the messages, I immediately contacted customer service. They contacted the agent, and the agent contacted the hotel. The whole process was drawn out. Of course, I understand that Trip.com isn't the direct booking party and has to wait for the agent's reply. Finally, almost an hour later, they resent the exact same confirmation slip. My friend then tried to check in again and it was successful. Later, upon verification, it turned out the hotel had entered my name incorrectly when putting it into their system. So, I have to ask: if the order was incorrectly entered and essentially not booked, why did I receive a confirmation letter in the first place? Is there an issue with Trip.com's supplier management and process confirmation? I'm currently still waiting for a confirmation and reply from customer service.FromSAR 283
