The Langham, Hong Kong

Great location! Just a few minutes to Victoria Harbour, and super convenient for shopping. The MTR (subway) is right downstairs, making getting around a breeze. I even received a lovely surprise birthday gift. I forgot to take pictures of everything except the hotel's complimentary bottled water.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Harbour City, and it's also convenient to take the ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier. The hygiene is good, and they provide disposable toiletries and drinking water, plus a capsule coffee machine.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and comprehensive facilities. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a large cluster of white flowers, fresh and elegant, instantly lifting my spirits. The lobby service was warm and attentive. Notably, on my third day, feeling unwell, I requested a higher floor, and the front desk staff promptly arranged it, even asking if I needed a late checkout. What's more, the housekeeper, Kimmi, on the 13th floor, consistently provided extra water in my room daily and repeatedly urged me to contact her if I needed anything. This high-quality professional service is truly commendable and is precisely why I choose to stay here every time I visit Hong Kong.

Traveled to Hong Kong with my wife and father-in-law to visit relatives. I pre-booked a triple room, and overall it exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel is over a decade old, it's very well-maintained and the hygiene conditions are excellent. The service was extremely warm and the location was fantastic. Great value for money, and my father-in-law was very satisfied too. One minor issue was: The 'triple room' was essentially a twin room with an extra bed. However, why were the original twin beds pushed completely together? It was almost indistinguishable from a single large bed. One major issue was: The air conditioning in the room remained quite cold no matter what I did, and the noise from the AC was quite loud. I managed to tough it out and eventually fell asleep, thinking I'd contact the front desk if I couldn't sleep, or even pull out the room card to cut the power.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for both shopping and getting around. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping aunties were also very friendly. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

The room was nice, though a bit noisy due to poor soundproofing. The service was top-notch, and the executive lounge's breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. It's also very conveniently located for getting around. I'd definitely choose The Langham Hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Facilities: Stayed at the Langham again and, as always, I recommend it. The facilities are a bit old but complete. However, the room size is really big for Hong Kong standards, and it's genuinely quiet. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are quite good. Just remember to bring your own comb; I couldn't find one. Service: Check-in and other services were all good. Just a heads-up, don't eat anything in the room, as it seems everything comes with a charge, haha.
