In terms of HK price and size . Air con is super good! Water pressure is good. Only ia no bidet… they have UK plug in room so good for me .. one floor only 4 room. So ok. Check in is level 3.. very nice deco. The front desk guys are helpful. Last day. I took cab to airport and cost around HKD350. Explore nearby and alot of local shops and market to walk . Walk down to causeway bay or take tram(another experience). Please ensure have outopus card at all time . It’s really useful This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel and similar type of room …

Front desk staff not particularly friendly, does not go out of the way to assist, no eye contact and smile. Housekeeping staff are great, very friendly all with a smile and give non standard amenities on request. The self serviced all day free continental breakfast and coffee lounge is great, although we only used it only once during our 6 days stay. There is also free self serviced laundromat with a washer and dryer but he room is a bit crampy, but this HK where space is expensive in the city. Location of the hotel is very convenient will all kinds of cuisines available just at the hotel doorstep. These eateries open early and close late. It's also a very safe area as we used to live in the city before. Will stay in iclub again when we return to HK next, hopefully they will give the hotel a facelift for the elevators, lobby area and the room linens especially the conforter. The Wanchai MRT station is just 5 minutes walk and the tramp stop right in front of the hotel. Will stay again with IClub

Location was strategic, close to restaurants, minimarkets and short walk to MTR station. Room is pretty small, as how it is in Hong Kong. Though, it's clean. Basic amenities are provided like towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Receptionists didn't really greet and doing things very fast.

The building is split into two blocks which require you to go above your floor in a lift and cross over a terrace and go down 2 floors to arrive at the 4th floor hotel room in which we stayed. Unusual and most inconvenient when it came to moving heavy bags and luggage. No baggage concierge is available. A separate stairwell enables access to the ground floor via a private entrance/exit. If flights of stairs are a problem for you this could be an issue, otherwise it will require you to embark on the unusual route of having to go up first to go down if choosing to use the lift if your room happens to be in the separate block. The room itself was pleasant and styled in an appealing old fashioned manner, albeit very cramped with not enough storage space we found. The addition of a small balcony enabling a space to smoke with our double standard room was fantastic. Being able to be outside without leaving your room was very welcome. This was the sole feature (as well as laziness) as to why we extended our stay in the hotel past our initial booking check out date. However management tried to increase the rates the longer we stayed not honouring the prices offered by booking sites only offering 'take now' or lose the room and non-negotiable walk-in prices at the reception. (Don't be fooled), when you would otherwise expect rooms to offer some form of discount the longer you stay. Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful and the efficient cleaners who unfortunately don't clean under the beds for some peculiar reason. However the rest of the room was well maintained daily. Some of our facilities were broken however, the outdoor balcony light didn't work, the tiny sink slender man would have trouble using and the built in usb chargers in the wall did not work at all requiring us to buy one and plug into a regular power socket in order to charge devices. Steady WiFi connection. A handy safe to store valuables, a washing machine on the first floor, hang dry as the dryer was terrible or alternatively using a launderette was a more practical option. As well as a microwave and portable oven for public use downstairs next to the reception. A medium sized smart television with Amazon prime included. A kettle and tea and coffee for two is provided daily as well as a handy sp****ly stocked mini fridge whose contents were never touched. However these flaws were not a deal breaker for us, although it could be for others. Wan Chai is also a very busy and noisy road. Soundproofing is not the best so if you are close to ground level noise pollution from pedestrians, buses, taxis, and general traffic as well as shops which advertise with megaphones during opening hours could be a major issue for those noise sensitive. Despite the mingles shortcomings we did find the room endearing and the location is absolutely fantastic and very accessible to many shops and food establishments (breakfast and dinner options on your doorstep), and even a friendly cheap! locals darts bar round the corner within staggering distance (casks darts bar). Ferry, MTR, bus stops and trams to central and causeway bay within short walking distance too. In all we both found we enjoyed our stay in the Mingle. I have no reservations about staying again due to its fantastic location and the provided balcony feature providing current room rates are competitive.

The Fleming is a fantastic boutique hotel in Wan Chai. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable- we had a medium for 2 pax and a large with extra bed for 3pax. Beds were very nice. Many local restaurants around the area. Staff were great. Hotel didn’t have any facilities- no gym or pool. Near the wanchai MTR.

Very underwhelmed with Novotel Century, check in experience was pathetic, being told to go line up at empty reception counters as I was standing in front of the only available receptionist. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool closure, I had selected this hotel because it had a pool and intended to do a few laps and use the recreational facilities. Upon arriving to y room I discovered a letter stating the pool was closed :( Room standard was average, very obviously showing its age. On a positive note - the breakfast buffet was fantastic with great food and lounge area was nice with inviting comfortable seating and good area to hold meetings. Great location in walking distance to everything.

Bf’ s birthday , booked here to celebrate with him, hotel stuff is nice and ready a small cake for him , thanks for it. But the most enjoyable thing is the bed’s quality, not too hard and too soft, so comfortable to sleep here And the view in my room is so nice! And the breakfast is also amazing, really feels like I am in Japan The most important thing is no toaster for all kinds of bread , this is not acceptable under a Japanese style hotel.

A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Also excellent service!! Food pics from that restaurant😋

The room is clean! ! That is, a foreigner who brought a small baby pothole must ask me to make up 150 yuan. The above is obviously two people. We have three people! ! ! Deeply pitted! And clearly booked a double room, small baby can sleep together! Foreign countries are estimated to see that we are Chinese. Cautiously staying, the first time I was gone, the net was also pitted, and nothing was stated on it!

I booked the hotel on the day I went to Hong Kong to watch Baselworld. I booked the hotel after one o’clock in the evening to attend a friend’s birthday party. I booked this room for myself. There was an aunt at the front desk. She was very kind when I checked in. The hotel felt that the bed was clean and the toilet facilities were limited The toilet seat is broken, but they are barely usable. There is plenty of hot water. The location is easy to find from the subway station. The front desk will charge 200 deposit the night before and will refund the next day, although the price of 500 is more expensive than usual hotels Yes, but there is no way to make a reservation on the same day. Other hotels have also increased to about 1,000 that day. Although the facilities are relatively old, it is safe and comfortable to live in. Hong Kong is a relatively large room, which is not bad~ It is recommended that you book early if you have a room Service: The service is very good. The grandmother at the front desk at night is very polite and reassuring.

The hotel is well located in front exit A of TIAN HOU (天后) of metro and the reception is super nice and upgraded me to 37 floor with very nice view and the sky swimming pool is tiny but perfect for me to go swimming by myself! Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt, I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

Room: Big and spacious. Modern. Well laid out. With excellent lightings, very comfortable king size bed, large flat screen TV and a huge wardrobe. Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities. Bathroom: Big and spacious too with separate bath tub and rain shower cubicle. Excellent shower pressure. The basin has a mixer but with two separate tap controls. The WC is of standard design. Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. It is located in a building right next to Jordan station. It is a place that can be reached not only by subway but also by N bus even late at night. Even I, a first-time Hong Konger with no sense of direction, was able to go there. Since we had informed them in advance, they kindly accommodated us even though we had to check in in the middle of the night. The staff at the store were very kind and kept my luggage with me even after I checked out, lent me the bathroom, and carefully told me about recommended sightseeing spots and restaurants. I was a little confused about the hotel entrance and how to get to my room because I hadn't checked the email I received in advance, but Trip.com's operator helped me with all my confusion and troubles even though it was late at night. Thank you very much for your kind response, which was really helpful. The room has everything you need, is clean, and is a good value considering the price. Conversion plugs for electrical outlets, hair dryers, and towels were also provided. Since the shower and toilet are in the same place, it may be difficult for those who are not good at it. Last time, I was able to make a last-minute reservation for a weekday stay, but next time when I tried to make a reservation on Saturday and Sunday, the same great room was already occupied. If you are unsure, we recommend making an early reservation.

Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

There is the A21 bus at the door. It is very convenient to go to the airport. Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy, and has all that is needed. Because I booked a double bed room temporarily, many friends wanted to go together. After communicating with the hotel, I made up the price difference and changed to a three-person room. It is very suitable for travelers with a small budget.

In a residential building, I thought it was a fake youth hostel. After checking in, I found that the experience was great. I recommend it with five stars. 1. The girls lived in a five-bed room. Land is very expensive in Hong Kong, so the house space was larger than expected. 2. The room is very clean, and the quality of the guests staying there is also relatively high, and the hygiene is well maintained. 3. There is an independent bathroom with a wash basin, and the other wash basin is at the door, separated from the room by a thick curtain, which can be used for sound insulation and will not be disturbed by the sound of opening the door. The bathroom is also separate. The design is very convenient. 4. The beds are very comfortable and have light shading. Each bed can be charged and has lights. 5. There is extra space on the upper bunk, which is convenient for storing luggage and packing things. 6. Various small details and very considerate designs everywhere, it can be seen that the hostess is a very caring person. 7. The hair dryer is from Dyson, which is great. 8. There is a public area with free snacks. The rooftop has a great view. You can chat casually or blow dry by yourself. There are many foreigners. If you have enough time, taking some time to chat is the most interesting experience of staying in a youth hostel. 11. The subway station is not far away. There are many restaurants in the direction of the subway station.

Highly recommended! Friends who go to Hong Kong can stay here with confidence. Because it was newly opened and there were no reviews, I was quite worried before going there. Environment: In the Lixin Building next to Jordan Station, the first floor of the building is filled with shops, but the upper floors are quite clean and the staff are simple. There are basically three hotels on the fifth floor. Lucky Star Hotel is newly renovated and seems to have only 8 rooms in total. The owner can understand Mandarin and no deposit is required! (Emphasis added) The sound insulation is average. Occasionally, you can hear the sound of other rooms pressing code locks and the sound of cars outside the building, but you can just bring your own earplugs. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price... Facilities: The single room is small, but has everything you need. Including British standard to national standard plug, hot water bottle, hair dryer, shower gel, disposable cotton bath towel. But I didn’t see any shampoo or toothpaste. I washed my hair directly with shower gel, and it was quite smooth. You can probably ask the boss for toothpaste. Hygiene: The toilet is also clean!

I stayed for 1 night. The room I stayed in had bedbugs (10 bed male dorm). I saw 2 of them crawling on my bed curtain, but I don't think I had any bites. I told the manager about it but she said that she didn't believe me because no one else complained. This can happen in even the best hotels, but you have to deal with bedbugs quickly or they will become a big problem. The guest house is generally clean and well kept but the 10 bed male dorm mostly has long stayers and the room smells like it has long stayers, complete with a big pile of junk in the middle on the room.
