Excellent service, great location and affordable room prices. Only complain I have is the housekeeping not included in our 5 days of stay.

I came to this hotel again as a repeat guest for my birthday with my fiancé. The hotel was notified of my birthday, but they did nothing to make it special. I would recommend the hotel for any other type of stay. However, I would not recommend it for a birthday celebration.

The Ocean View double room that I stayed was pretty decent. There were a few things I noticed that could be improved:
1. Providing bottled drinking water would be nice (there is a kettle to boil water, but not everyone likes tap water)
2. The TV wasn't a smart TV but had the possibility to connect HDMI.
3. There was a light bulb that kept flickering the whole time, which was a bit annoying.
4. An extension cord provided would have been nicer
5. The location is a bit remote, and trying to order food through food delivery APPs weren't possible as most of them weren't delivering in that area.
6. The second floor has a restaurant, and the BF menu was pretty good. More options would have been nicer.
Overall, I had a good experience. Just a few things mentioned above would make it top class.

The room is spacious, cozy, and clean which are perfect for relaxing. It also has working table, nice couch, big tv, closet, microwave, fridge, and safe. There is a food kiosk at the lobby if you need it beyond their restaurant hours. The hotel is located under the Ting Kau bridge which offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Tsing Ma bridge heading to Lantau Island.

Nice hotel at a wonderful location , just under the famous bridge and near the beach as well.
Shuttlebus to bring clients to Tuenwan metrostation, that's very convenient.
Hotelroom is relatively cheap.

A nice hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast are in 3 sets selection and delicious.

The hotel was clean, and we were able to check in earlier. As well as, there was a meter parking nearby.

I would t recommend this place to any family stay. The carpets are run down and dirty. When asked the front desk if there is any possibility to upgrade to better room, was told that all rooms are same and last changed carpet like 20 years ago. Stinks everywhere.

All are good! Front desks officers are kind and they did their job well. Their shuttle bus is on time although it's typhoon season when we came in :)
Rooms that we stayed in are well except its time for the carpet to be deep cleaned and removed all stains.
