Facilities looks great. Room is clean and spacious. I like the shuttle service to the city (for an affordable fee). The service is so-so - i went out to get water and brought my card key.. only to find out it doesn't work. So i had to go down from the 8F to have my card reactivated. I also called to borrow an adaptor.. the staff said they would send it over... after an hr.. i called again.. got the same spiel... after another 30 mins.. still none so I called for the 3rd time😅 That was important to me coz my phone was at 30% only.. ibfinally got the adaptor after almost 2 hrs.. oh and I also mention about the adaptor when i qent to the reception to reactivate my card.. so service was a bit disappointing.

I had specifically booked a sea-view room, and my reservation was accepted, so why would you ask me that at check-in? Of course, I refused, and they eventually found me one. I thought everything was fine then. But later that night, I discovered the room in the picture was a connecting room. Around 2 or 3 AM, I was woken up by incredibly loud noises from the room next door, sounding like a wild party. Thankfully, my child and wife were asleep, otherwise, I would have definitely complained. I won't be choosing this place again.
