Guest UserBeautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center.
On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor!
There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant!
We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus.
Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower.
There were only two pillows; four would have been better.
Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy.
There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway.
The beds are comfortable.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

GuluxixiI highly recommend this hotel! I was torn between two Hilton properties, but I'm so glad I chose this one. It's incredibly convenient – a taxi ride anywhere only costs 10-20 som. Since I couldn't use ride-sharing apps due to my registration, the front desk helped me call taxis every day. A special thanks to Ismigul and Amin, who spoke perfect English and were incredibly helpful, calling countless taxis for me daily 🚗. For anyone visiting Samarkand, don't hesitate to pick this hotel.
The breakfast was also excellent, with make-your-own waffles that my son devoured every morning.
They even gave me a discount on my massage.
Overall, this hotel made our trip complete.

Guest UserAfter a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

We booked the rooms through Trip.com and paid in advance. We also confirmed the booking by calling the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, left our luggage, went out to the city, and returned around 5:00 PM. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, but even two hours later, our room still wasn't ready. The front desk staff struggled to provide information, and it was very difficult to get any updates from them. After repeated requests and waiting for an hour to an hour and a half, we finally got our rooms. Frankly, such a situation is unacceptable for an international brand hotel like this. We specifically chose Hilton to avoid these kinds of 'surprises.' It's worth noting that the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent.

Anonymous UserArrived in Samarkand in the early hours by train, and the hotel front desk was very efficient and quick with check-in. The AC was already turned on in the room, which was a nice touch. The room was a bit smaller compared to the Mövenpick in Tashkent (though this might just be a standard room with no deluxe twin option).
The hotel itself is quite large and conveniently located near a university with many good breakfast choices. After housekeeping, clean towels and toiletries weren't immediately replenished, but after speaking with the front desk, they promptly rectified the situation. Their attitude and ability to resolve issues are definitely commendable.

О.К.This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

AlexaWakeWe stayed at this hotel during our trip to Samarkand and were very satisfied. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, about a 20-minute drive away. For travelers with a car, this is actually convenient, especially since there's private parking available on-site.
The staff deserves a special mention. All employees are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions.
A nice touch is the pitcher of cool water with ice and fruit always available at the reception, which is particularly refreshing after walking around hot Samarkand.
The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, snow-white bath towels, soft bathrobes, quality disposable slippers, and good toothbrushes – such small details make the stay even more comfortable. The bedding deserves special mention: a very comfortable mattress, a soft fluffy blanket, and excellent pillows, thanks to which we slept wonderfully.
Room cleaning and towel changes are done daily.
Breakfasts also left a pleasant impression: delicious, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The only suggestion would be if guests were informed during breakfast that freshly prepared omelets could be ordered. We only found out on the third day, and the omelet turned out to be very tasty.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a high level of service. If you're traveling by car or don't mind not being in the very city center, I can confidently recommend this place.

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)
