The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, and museums—even for someone like me who dislikes walking. There are also several supermarkets nearby. The room is a good size and features Kazakh-style décor. The proprietress takes excellent care of guests; she helped me call a taxi and even prepared a packed meal for me when I had to leave early in the morning.
